Our flagship spirit resurrects a mythical bourbon from a Pre-Prohibition Athens legend.
Lost for generations, the recipes from the historic Dispensary in downtown Athens have been brought back to life after years of extensive research and expert craftsmanship by Athens Spirits Co. in collaboration with a team of master distillers in North Carolina.
Our “Limited Edition From The Dispensary Archives” is a straight bourbon whiskey. A liquid gold double-finished with wood from a century-old pecan tree harvested in Five Points.
Early reviews have hailed it as deliciously smooth with layers of brown sugar, candied pecans, and dark chocolate.
Our Limited Edition Bourbon is available now at fine establishments all across Athens.

In December of 2023, Athens Spirits Co. announced its first spirit release. Our Classic Vodka was an ultra premium vodka distilled 10 times for unmatched smoothness and taste. It quickly sold out.
